Operations Supervisor - Rodney Skinner
This position supervises the working operation of the MCTA, including maintenance on the MCTA fleet and building operations

Dispatcher - Nikita Turner
This position involves radio dispatching and clerical work along with the MCTA the telecommunications system and coordinating the overall MCTA network system.

Bookkeeper/Accounts Receivable - Penny Green
This position is responsible for preparing and producing billing. Other duties include administration of payroll, accounting, telecommunications and accounts receivable.
